The foundation of Match Eyewear is our independent customer base of Eyecare Professionals (Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and Opticians) in North America driven by our sales team. The optical industry has remained a very stable industry, in fact there has been a surge in the optical industry since Covid-19, even in spite of a challenging economy. If your seeking stability in an industry and company with a reliable book of business providing consistent income with long term growth potential, Match Eyewear has the perfect opportunity for a New England Based Account Representative! There is an established existing account base that would immediately be turned over generating sales and commission on day one. Comp plan includes a solid base salary + commission + Bonus + Company Credit Card for Expenses and no cap on commissions earned. This is a legitimate six figure opportunity!

As an Account Representative - New England, you will immediately take over an established existing client base of Eyecare Professionals to earn a solid six figure income. We will be making an investment in a candidate with a commitment to winning with no capped ceilings on sales growth or income. The right Individual will flourish with Match Eyewear and the commitment we are prepared to offer!!

What You'll Do

· Build, lead and grow your own book of business, selling to our account base from A to C Level Accounts.

· Drive significant growth in the market for both existing and new clients, achieving or exceeding individual goals

· Prospect for new opportunities.

· Foster positive relationships within the Optical Industry, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue.

· Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.

What You Have

· Passion and commitment to earn a six-figure Income – let’s start there!

· Relevant skills or equivalent experience.

· Effective presentation and communication skills for both cold calling and growing an existing account.

· Understanding of the sales cycle – ability to overcome objections.

· Self-motivated, strong time management skills for effective planning and preparation.

· Availability for 30% overnight Travel

· Competitive spirit to meet sales goals and be a top performer.

· MS Office proficiency.

· Must work well in a team selling environment.

Bonus Points

· Outside Territory Sales Experience.

· 1+ Years Optical Sales Experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
